Just A Moment Designs is committed to respecting your rights and the privacy of your personal information.  You will find detailed descriptions below regarding the information we collect, and how we use that information.

When an order is requested, only the necessary information is collected  to process your order.  We maintain the data given to us in a secure environment for our tracking purposes and financial records only.  This information is NOT shared with anyone else.  We will never ask for your account numbers, credit card numbers, names of financial institutions, or similar financial data.  If you choose PayPal as your payment method, we never have access to your account numbers, and your information is entered on their secure website. 

Your Photos

Just A Moment Designs will not ever share your photos.  We also do not store your photos on any online site where those photos may be accessed.  We will not use your photos for any purpose other than to complete your photocard unless we have your permission.  We do reserve the right to post your completed card (with personal information and names changed) on our website UNLESS you specify that you DO NOT want us to.  You will find this option on the Order Request form.

Your Email Address

Although we do keep a database of your email address, we will not share your address with anyone else.  Emails that you receive from Just A Moment Designs will be related to your order, unless you have requested otherwise.
